    Alternator Performance Test Device

    The alternator factory performance test device is specially designed for the factory quality inspection in the production line. Through this equipment,the alternator being measured can be made to undertake such varied experimental projects as the no-load test, the mid-air borne test, the full-load test, the regulator adjustable voltage test, the experimental speed test,the experimental load test,the load dump test and the vacuum pump performance test equipped with the vacuum alternator which includes the vacuum arrival, the maximum vacuum and the vacuum drop experiment,etc.

    The bench adopts the industrial computers to carry out the data acquisition, processing and storage.Then, according to the experimental standard, our alternator factory performance inspection test device could determine the test results. Moreover, we can also have the data stored or printed, and the whole process is what we call automation. As regard to the speed control, a VVVF is used , and also the high-power electronic load and the pneumatic clamping,etc.

    Further more, our alternator factory performance test device developes an activity installed platform which can automatically drag the belt and finish the whole experiment perfectly only by chucking one time.

    The computer-controlled test bench could accuratly and rapidly collect and record the test data, print the test results and draw out the motor output characteristic curve.
